Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients
150g sushi-grade fresh tuna
100g cooked sushi rice
80g shelled edamame
1/2 ripe avocado
50g cucumber
50g fresh mango
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Pickled ginger and chives
Instructions

Cook the sushi rice according to package directions and let it cool to room temperature.

Cut the tuna into 2cm cubes. Marinate for 10 minutes in the soy sauce and sesame oil.

Prepare the toppings: slice the cucumber into thin rounds, the avocado into strips and the mango into cubes.

Place the rice at the bottom of a bowl, then arrange the tuna, avocado, cucumber, mango and edamame neatly on top.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, add pickled ginger and chopped chives. Serve immediately.
