Why I created this method
An approach born from experience, built to last.

In 2018, I tried everything: low-carb diets, excessive HIIT, counting every calorie. Result? Exhaustion, frustration, and 3kg gained back in a month.
That's when I realized the problem wasn't my willpower, but the approach. Copy-paste programs don't work because every body is unique.
