Instructions

Attach a straight bar or rope to the high pulley. Grip the bar with elbows pinned to your sides.

Push the bar down by extending your arms, keeping your elbows stationary.

Return in a controlled manner until your forearms are parallel to the floor.
Tips
Keep your elbows glued to your sides throughout the movement.
Squeeze the triceps for 1 second at the bottom to maximize activation.
